Painting work for the new construction of the special school of Lernen plus gGmbH Schloss Schönefeld. Lernen plus gGmbH Schloss Schönefeld is a state-recognized alternative school specializing in intellectual development. It provides education and support for pupils with this special educational focus. The contracting authority is planning the new construction of a school specializing in intellectual development for 40 pupils aged 16 to 18, including areas for residential training groups. A four-story building with a partial basement and 3,021 m² gross floor area (GFA) and 10,535 m³ gross building volume (GBV) is to be constructed. The bill of quantities comprises the following services: Protection of building components and furnishings: approx. 2,200 m² Protection of floor areas: approx. 2,200 m² Coating of sheet-steel doors: approx. 70 m² Coating of steel frames: approx. 80 pcs.
