Painting work for the new construction of the special needs school of Lernen plus gGmbH Schloss Schönefeld Lernen plus gGmbH Schloss Schönefeld is a state-recognized alternative school specializing in intellectual development. It offers education and support for pupils with this special educational focus. The contracting authority is planning the new construction of a school specializing in intellectual development for 40 pupils aged 16 to 18, including areas for residential training groups. A four-story building with a partial basement and 3,021 m² GFA as well as 10,535 m³ gross building volume is to be constructed. The bill of quantities comprises the following services: Protection of building components and furnishings: approx. 2,200m² Protection of floor areas: approx. 2,200m² Coating of sheet-steel doors: approx. 70 m² Coating of steel frames: approx. 80 pcs.
