The tendered works comprise the timber construction services in the new-build area above the 1st-floor reinforced concrete slab. The walls are designed as timber panel walls (prefabricated elements), and the floors as a CLT floor structure, partially with ribs. The timber panel walls are clad with gypsum fiberboards on the inside and outside. The floors are additionally supported on columns and downstand beams made of laminated veneer lumber or laminated timber. During execution, structural specifications from approved layout drawings of the detailed structural design as well as incorporated in-house workshop and assembly planning must be taken into account in the execution planning. Thermal insulation and sound insulation requirements are taken into account in the execution planning and execution of the timber construction works. Areas for the temporary setup of the site facilities and for use as temporary storage space for material arising are available in accordance with the site facilities plan. Water, electricity and wastewater connections will be provided through the separate award of the Central Site Facilities. The following main services are to be performed from the 2nd to the 4th floor: - Workshop and assembly planning as well as cutting plans for all timber components - Manufacture, delivery and assembly of the timber panel walls, including boarding - Manufacture, delivery and assembly of the columns, primary and secondary beams made of laminated veneer lumber or glued laminated timber - Manufacture, delivery and assembly of the CLT floors with and without ribs, including anchoring back to reinforced concrete components.
