For the realization of the construction project, the City of Gladbeck is seeking a suitable general contractor who, in addition to the actual construction work, will also provide planning services. The scope includes planning from service phase 5 onward, and the turnkey component is planning from service phase 5 onward and the turnkey construction of the new recycling center, based on a functional performance specification (FLB). The new recycling center is to be realized on an 8,413 m² site, fully complete, turnkey, functional, operational and ready for use, including the construction of the outdoor facilities. These are: 1 administrative building with office and social facilities, 2 open-sided sheds, 1 reception building, 1 container storage area, 1 washing area, 1 rainwater cistern, 1 rainwater retention system in the form of a stormwater storage sewer, site filling/modeling, sealing and paving of operational areas including parking spaces and drainage Procedure: neg-w-call.
