Turnkey construction and planning for the new Chemistry Education building at the University of Duisburg-Essen at the Essen site. The subject of the procurement is the award of a total contractor contract as part of an SEP procedure (turnkey award with integrated planning) for the new Chemistry Education building at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Essen Campus, a teaching and laboratory building for the training of chemistry teachers (GFA 5,700 m2). The contract comprises the planning and execution of all services required to implement the project, including the coordination of all specialist trades through to handover, as well as the entire building permit process.
