The Talsperrenverband Nonnweiler (TVN) is planning the construction of a raw-water pipeline from its process-water pipeline (BWL DN 1000) in Primstal to the Eiweiler drinking-water treatment plant (TWA Eiweiler), which is under construction, and to the Primstal pressure booster system (DEA Primstal). Procurement unit VE10_1 - Pipeline construction, earthworks and road construction works essentially includes the following construction works: • approx. 4,800 m² shoring works • approx. 4,000 m³ of soil to be excavated for the water pipeline trench • approx. 1,000 m of GGG DN 300 pressure pipe, coated, positive-locking, PFA30, to be supplied and laid • approx. 16 MMK bends, positive-locking, DN 300 • approx. 420 m of GGG DN 600 pressure pipe, coated, positive-locking, PFA 30, to be supplied and laid • approx. 11 MMK bends, positive-locking, DN 600 • approx. 640 m of GGG DN 600 pressure pipe, coated, friction-locking, PFA 16, to be supplied and laid • approx. 9 MMK bends, friction-locking, DN 600 • approx. 2,900 m of cable protection ducts • approx. 890 t of asphalt base course • approx. 770 t of asphalt surface course Procedure: open.
