The construction project involves the new construction of a workshop and social building on the grounds of the "Untere Selz" wastewater treatment plant in Ingelheim. The wastewater treatment plant is located at 55218 Ingelheim Aussenliegend 122. The building will be newly constructed; the building consists of 2 floors (ground floor and 1st upper floor) as well as a roof area that is used in parts. The building length is approx. 54m, the building width approx. 23m. The floor height is approx. 4m in each case. Certain room-enclosing surfaces must meet fire protection requirements; the corresponding walls and ceilings can be found in the fire protection concept.
