Opportunity description
On the premises of the Untere Selz wastewater treatment plant in Ingelheim (parcel 135/3, cadastral section 10, cadastral district number 073583, Nieder-Ingelheim cadastral district), there is currently an operations building containing a laboratory, several sanitary and changing rooms, offices, a staff room and the control room. South of the operations building, there is also a metalworking workshop with a separate welding workstation and a small hazardous materials storage facility. Since the floor area of the current buildings is no longer sufficient and some of them require renovation, a new workshop and social building is to be constructed. By relocating various workstations to the new building, the existing operations building can then be partially repurposed. This will create, for example, more space for offices and the control room. With the construction of the new workshop and social building, the existing workshop building can be partially demolished in order to enlarge the traffic area there. Enlarging the traffic area will simplify the external delivery of wastewater, as more space will be available for maneuvering. 2-story workshop and social building, total approx. 2,518 m² Reinforced concrete quantity: approx. 2,195 m³ Drainage systems Soil excavation: approx. 3,160 m³ Steel quantity: total approx. 290 t Windows: number 58 Supply and disposal lines (wastewater and rainwater): total length approx. 750 m Doors and gates: number 50 Roof with extensive green roofing: total area approx. 1,260 m² HPL curtain-wall/clinker facade: total approx. 1,280 m² Lightweight stud wall: approx. 170 m² Floor coverings: Linoleum: approx. 360 m² Tiles: approx. 660 m² Natural stone: approx. 100 m² Industrial flooring: approx. 690 m² Procedure: open.
