Reutlingen University requires support with the further development, upkeep, maintenance, and support of its websites during ongoing operations. These services are essential for ensuring a stable, secure, and always up-to-date web presence for Reutlingen University and thus constitute a key prerequisite for the reliable operation of the entire web infrastructure. The web presence currently comprises nine sites: the central university website, six faculty websites, and two additional sites of university-affiliated institutions. All websites are based on the TYPO3 content management system. It is planned to conclude an EVB-IT development contract and an EVB-IT maintenance contract_S, each for a term of two years with an optional extension of a further two years. The contract term begins upon award of the contract. The subject matter of the services includes, in particular, the following service areas; the detailed requirements are set out in the service description: - Content management and content creation - Support during ongoing operations - Hosting infrastructure and operational responsibility - Generative AI Optimization - Further development / expansion of the website - Data protection - Accessibility - Documentation and training - Project management The anticipated scope of services for the contract term is estimated as follows. The information below is provided solely for calculation purposes and does not establish any minimum purchase entitlement: - Upkeep and maintenance services: anticipated average of 10 hours per month (remunerated at a flat rate) - Support services for the Computing and Media Center, the umbrella website, the six faculty websites, and the websites of HHZ and HSZ-BW: anticipated average of 10 hours per month (billed according to actual effort) - Unscheduled projects: anticipated average of 10 hours per month (billed according to actual effort) - Performance of a TYPO3 major version upgrade, including migration and adaptation of the current seven customer-specific extensions (one-time service).
