Opportunity description
The subject of the procurement is the hosting, administration, and data backup of the websites of Berlin Partner für Wirtschaft und Technologie GmbH. For this purpose, Berlin Partner intends to conclude a framework agreement starting on 1 January 2027. The subject of the procurement is the hosting, administration, and operation of the contracting authority’s websites, including the associated databases, domains, and technical infrastructure. The services include, in particular, the provision and operation of the required server and database systems, domain and DNS management, data backup and monitoring, as well as technical support and administration services. The contract also includes the migration of the existing websites and domains to the contractor’s infrastructure. Due to the number and technical heterogeneity of the websites, different operating systems, database systems, interfaces, and individual technical requirements in particular must be taken into account. The contractor must ensure secure, high-performance, and highly available operation, including appropriate backup, security, and recovery measures. The contract term is six years. The longer term takes into account, in particular, the effort associated with migrating and setting up the system landscape, as well as the interest in the economical and continuous operation of the websites. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 600,000 EUR. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
