More specifically, these are described as Item A and Item B in Annex D – Technical Specifications of the notice. The items to be supplied are classified under the following Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 35330000-6 The total value of the contract amounts to two hundred four thousand eight hundred eight euros and eighty euro cents #204.808,80€#, (including 24% VAT and statutory deductions) and is broken down into a net value of #165.168,39€# and a VAT value of #39.640,41€#. The total value of each item is broken down as follows: A) For Item A “Supply of 9x19mm cartridges,” a net value of one hundred four thousand six hundred eighty-four euros and fifty-two euro cents #104.684,52€# and a VAT value of twenty-five thousand one hundred twenty-four euros and twenty-eight euro cents #25.124,28€», that is, a total estimated value of one hundred twenty-nine thousand eight hundred eight euros and eighty euro cents #129.808,80€#. B) For Item B “Supply of 5.56x45mm cartridges,” a net value of sixty thousand four hundred eighty-three euros and eighty-seven euro cents #60.483,87€# and a VAT value of fourteen thousand five hundred sixteen euros and sixteen euro cents #14.516,16€», that is, a total estimated value of seventy-five thousand euros #75.000,00€#. Tenders may be submitted either for all the above Items to be supplied (A and B), or partially for any Item, as described in detail in Annex D (Technical Specifications) of the Notice. In every case, a tender shall be submitted for all units of each Item. The tenders submitted shall in every case be separate for each item. The duration of the contract, namely the delivery of the items to be supplied, is set at six (06) months for Items A and B, from the day following the signing of the contract, in accordance with Annex D – Technical Specifications of the Notice. The place of delivery of the items to be supplied is defined as the Regional Unit of Attica, in a building to be indicated by the competent directorate (D.EPICH.), in accordance with the detailed provisions of Annex D (Technical Specifications) hereof. The contract will be awarded using the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender exclusively on the basis of price.
