Notice of an open above-threshold lowest-price tender for the provision of cleaning services (CPV-90911200-8 ) at the facilities of the Border Stations: a) Evzones, b) Promachonas, c) Doirani, d) Kipi and e) Kastanies - Ormenio under the territorial jurisdiction of the Decentralized Administration of Macedonia – Thrace, for a period of three years (2028-2030). Cleaning of all outdoor-indoor areas of the Promachonas Border Station with a total estimated value for 36 months of €401.912 excluding VAT, 22 hours of cleaning daily for a period of 24 months and 32 hours of cleaning daily for a period of 12 months, Cleaning of the roadway, pavement, slopes along the roadway, covering an area of approximately 50 stremmas • Offices of the central control building and staff WC, 170 sq.m. • Booths – Containers for checking the lanes entering and exiting the country, approximately 40 sq.m., 6 hours weekly on weekdays throughout the 36-month term of the contract Passport control department, 200 sq.m.: (Offices - Corridors - Stairs – Guard posts, 180 sq.m., Toilets (WC), 20 sq.m.) Total estimated value excluding VAT for a period of 36 months: €214.872 Section 5: Kastanies Border Station-Ormenio Border Crossing Point Kastanies Border Station, cleaning 4 hours daily for a period of 24 months and 6 hours for a period of 12 months: Cleaning of the building facilities with a total surface area of approximately 150 sq.m. These facilities consist of the following individual areas: • Central Control Building housing the police and the customs directorate & WC, Ormenio Border Crossing Point, cleaning 8 hours daily for a period of 24 months and 6 hours for a period of 12 months: Cleaning of the building facilities with a total surface area of approximately 300 sq.m. These facilities consist of the following individual areas: • Central Control Building housing the police and the customs directorate & staff WC, Cleaning of the outdoor-indoor areas of the Evzones Border Station with a total estimated value for 36 months of €480.872,00 excluding VAT, 28 hours of cleaning daily for a period of 24 months and 38 hours of cleaning daily for a period of 12 months, Cleaning of the building facilities with a total surface area of approximately 2.200 sq.m., consisting of the following individual areas: • Central Control Building housing the police, the customs directorate, the Office of the Decentralized Administration of Macedonia-Thrace, etc., approximately 630 sq.m., • WC of the central control building, approximately 140 sq.m., • Booths – Containers for checking the lanes entering and exiting the country, approximately 200 sq.m., • Shelters of the police and the customs directorate and the outdoor WC, approximately 1.230 sq.m. In addition, cleaning (waste collection, etc.) is required in: • Outdoor areas of the country's entrance and exit (truck exit roadway), • Outdoor parking areas (parking). Cleaning of the indoor and outdoor areas of the Doirani Border Station with a total estimated value for 36 months of €115.130,00 excluding VAT, 8 hours of cleaning from Monday to Friday for a period of 24 months and 12 hours of cleaning from Monday to Saturday for a period of 12 months, Cleaning of the building facilities with a total surface area of approximately 495 sq.m. These facilities consist of the following individual areas: • Police-Customs Building, approximately 180 sq.m. • Office of the Head of Customs, 54 sq.m. • Office of the Decentralized Administration of Macedonia-Thrace, 56 sq.m. • WC FOR PERSONS EXITING, 54 sq.m. • WC FOR PERSONS ENTERING, 58 sq.m. (TOTAL TOILETS 21) • COUNTER, 45 sq.m. • STORAGE ROOMS, 48 sq.m. During the months of June through September, the masonry of the buildings will also be cleaned of gnats and spiders, due to their heavy presence, which alters the appearance of the buildings. This particularity arises because of Lake Doirani, which is also their habitat. Cleaning of the outdoor-indoor areas of the Kipi Border Station with a total estimated value for 36 months of €409.248 excluding VAT, Kipi Border Station, cleaning 24 hours daily for a period of 24 months and 32 hours for a period of 12 months: Cleaning of the building facilities with a total surface area of approximately 1.050 sq.m. These facilities consist of the following individual areas: • Central Control Building housing the police and the customs directorate, the Office of the Decentralized Administration of Macedonia-Thrace, etc. & WC sanitary facilities, • Freight station control building, • WC for entry into and exit from the country, • Control booths.
