Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of information technology equipment for the new building of the Region of Crete in Lakkos, which will cover the needs that have arisen for fixed information technology equipment (PCs, printers and related items) in the context of serving the Services of the Region of Crete and the Heraklion Regional Unit. The contract is funded by the 2026-2030 Programming Period Regional Development Programme of the Region of Crete. The expenditure for this contract is charged to K.A.: 2026ΑΠ00200038 with MIS code 5229705 of ΑΠ002 of the Region of Crete. The contract is divided into 4 groups, and tender participants may submit tenders either for one (1) group individually, for more than one group, or for all groups. Tenders shall be submitted for all items in the groups and shall cover the entire quantity of each item. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender, based on price per group. Supply of a) All-in-One PC – 140 units and b) HEADSETS – 160 units. Supply of a) PHOTOCOPIER-PRINTER-COLOR SCANNER, Black-and-white A3 (50 ppm) – 5 units and b) PRINTER – A4, Black, Laser – 20 units.
