The subject matter of the contract is the implementation of the programme of activities for the publicity and promotion of products of the Region of Attica at agri-food sector exhibitions for the years 2027-2028. By Decision No 105/2026 (ADA: ΡΛΑΕ7Λ7-ΣΔΟ) of the Attica Regional Council, other promotion and publicity activities have been approved in the event of cancellation of the main activities, as an option which, however, will apply only to LOTS 2, 9 & 11, since the same or similar services are provided in them. Specifically, the option is provided for as follows: OPTION FOR LOT 2: «FOODEX JAPAN (MARCH 2028), Tokyo/ Japan», estimated value €55.450,00 plus 24% VAT OPTION FOR LOT 9: «GULFOOD (15-19 March 2027) Dubai / United Arab Emirates», estimated value €74.915,00 plus 24% VAT OPTION FOR LOT 11: a) «Business mission from the USA and Canada (second half of 2027) Attica / Greece», estimated value €48.360,00 plus 24% VAT, & b) «Business mission from the USA and Canada (second half of 2028) Attica / Greece», estimated value €51.740,00 plus 24% VAT The option is exercised unilaterally by the Contracting Authority before the expiry of the contract term and provided that this is deemed appropriate and beneficial for the Region of Attica, following the issuance of a decision by the Regional Committee. The contractor is obliged to respond, without its consent being required, and is obliged to implement the subject matter of the option on the basis of the details of its financial tender and the terms of this contract notice. If the option is exercised, the corresponding discount provided by the contractor in its financial tender for the corresponding lot will apply to the implementation of the activities of the new exhibition. The total estimated value of the contract amounts to €918.895,00 excluding VAT. There is an option for Lots 2, 9 & 11 (€230.465,00 in total excluding VAT). Total budget €1.149.360). Final budget incl. Option and 24% VAT: €1.425.206,40. The duration of the contract is set until the end of the month following the completion of the exhibitions. If the implementation timetable of an event–exhibition is postponed by the competent Service, the contractual period is automatically extended until the end of the month following the completion of the exhibition.
