Opportunity description
The subject matter of the contract is the provision of services for the Static guarding of the Town Hall – Cultural Centre, New Pylaia – Panorama Vehicle Depot and monitoring of the Municipality’s buildings via cameras and one (1) manned patrol vehicle for a period of twenty-two (22) months, in accordance with the detailed description in Study Ref. No. 27702/14.07.2026 (corrected version 23.07.2026) of the independent Human Resources Department of the Municipality’s Directorate of Administrative Services. Estimated contract value–Funding: Total estimated contract value (SECTION 1B and SECTION 2B): €329,969.99 (contract value including 24% VAT €409,162.78) SECTION 1B: The estimated value of the contract amounts to €166,105.41 (contract value including 24% VAT: €205,970.70). SECTION 2B: The estimated value of the contract amounts to €163,864.58 (contract value including 24% VAT: €203,192.08). This contract is divided into the following sections: SECTION 1B: “Static guarding of the Town Hall – Cultural building and monitoring of the Municipality’s buildings via cameras and one (1) manned patrol vehicle” for twenty-two (22) months” estimated value including 24% VAT €205,970.70 SECTION 2B: “Static guarding of the new Pylaia-Panorama vehicle depot via cameras and one (1) manned patrol vehicle” for twenty-two (22) months” estimated value including 24% VAT €203,192.08 Tenders may be submitted either for SECTION 1B, or for SECTION 2B, or for all SECTIONS. In each case, on penalty of exclusion, the tender must mandatorily cover all services of each section tendered for. Rejection of one or more services of the Section automatically entails rejection of the tender for that specific Section. The maximum number of SECTIONS that may be awarded to one tenderer is set at 2. A tender guarantee in favour of the Municipality of Pylaia-Chortiatis is required, corresponding to a percentage of up to two (2)% of the estimated value of the contract, excluding VAT, namely: • an amount of €3,322.00 (three thousand three hundred twenty euros) for SECTION 1B • an amount of €3,277.00 (three thousand two hundred seventy-seven euros) for SECTION 2B A performance guarantee for the terms of the contract is required, the amount of which is 4% of the estimated value of the contract and is to be lodged no later than the signing of the agreement, in the amount of: • €6,644.21 (six thousand six hundred forty-four euros and twenty-one euro cents) for SECTION 1B • €6,554.58 (six thousand five hundred fifty-four euros and fifty-eight euro cents) for SECTION 2B SECTION 1B: “Static guarding of the Town Hall – Cultural building and monitoring of the Municipality’s buildings via cameras and one (1) manned patrol vehicle” for twenty-two (22) months” SECTION 2B: “Static guarding of the new Pylaia-Panorama vehicle depot via cameras and one (1) manned patrol vehicle” for twenty-two (22) months” Procedure: open.
