Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the development of the Central Data Governance Framework to ensure and monitor the reliability, validity, relevance and usability, security and privacy, as well as the standardization and classification of the data hosted in Government Cloud Computing infrastructures, in full compliance with the national and European institutional and regulatory framework, particularly that related to the management of public data and documents, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). In addition, the subject matter of the contract includes the design and standardization of the data classification model for the central information systems of the Public Sector Government Cloud Computing infrastructure (G-Cloud), including the preparation of the corresponding data classification studies for all six hundred and sixty-three (663) information systems of public-sector bodies, which had been installed by the date specified in Article 74 of Law 4961/2022 and continue to be hosted in the Government Cloud Computing infrastructure (G-Cloud) of the General Secretariat for Information Systems and Digital Governance (GSISDG). The data classification study template to be developed will henceforth be used for all information systems before their installation in the G-Cloud. Procedure: open.
