Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the long-term lease (operating leasing) of 76 vehicles, with an option for up to four (4) additional vehicles, to meet the needs of the Services of the Electronic National Social Security Entity (e-EFKA), nationwide, for a period of five (5) years, with an estimated expenditure of #1,915,200.00€# excluding VAT + an amount of #193,548.39€# excluding VAT concerning coverage of the contracting authority’s participation in own damages, for which no tender will be submitted. This expenditure will be incorporated in full for use under the contract throughout its term, in accordance with the provisions of the technical specifications. Long-term lease of fifty-eight (58) category C passenger cars (‘small family cars’), to replace the leased vehicles under the previous contract, with a total estimated expenditure of 1,388,520.00€ excluding VAT or 1,721,764.80€ including VAT, as stated in the terms of the contract notice. Long-term lease of eighteen (18), with an option for up to four (4) additional, category C passenger cars (‘small family cars), to meet new needs, with a total estimated expenditure of 526,680.00€ excluding VAT, namely 653,083.20€ including VAT, as stated in the terms of the contract notice.
