Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supplies and services that contribute to the maintenance-repair of the School buildings, Nursery Schools, and Municipal buildings of the Municipality of Hersonissos. The works are intended to resolve problems concerning the safe operation of the buildings and concern the problems already recorded as well as those that arise during implementation of the supply. The place of performance of the supplies-works may be any municipal building, whether a primary or secondary education school unit, a nursery school building of the Municipality of Hersonissos, or a Municipal building facility requiring intervention. Tenders are submitted for group(s) or for the entire supply. Each participating economic operator may offer a different discount percentage for each budget group. A tender submitted for individual items in a budget group will not be taken into consideration. The estimated value of the contract amounts to €1.755.564,00 (total materials) excluding and €833.350,00 (total labor) excluding, €2.588.914,00 total materials and labor €2.588.914,00 excluding 24% VAT (€621.339,36) (grand total €3.210.253,36 including VAT) The duration of the contract is set at 36 months from the signing of the relevant contract.
