The design–construction of the project “CONSTRUCTION OF THE 4TH ALL-DAY PRIMARY SCHOOL OF MARKOPOULO MESOGAIAS” will be carried out on a plot with an area of 3,801.71 sq. m., owned by the Municipality of Markopoulo. The building will be two-storey, with coverage of approximately 1,595.48 sq. m. and a floor area of 2,078.12 sq. m. (ground floor and first floor), with an 84.88 sq. m. mezzanine, semi-open spaces on the ground floor and first floor with a total area of 773.41 sq. m., balconies with an area of 281.56 sq. m., and a 946.42 sq. m. basement (ancillary spaces, car parking spaces). Twelve classrooms will be constructed, with boys’ and girls’ WCs on both the ground floor and the first floor, while the laboratory rooms and the inclusion classroom will be located on the upper floor. The administrative areas and the multipurpose hall will be located on the ground floor. Finally, the dining hall and canteen will be located on the ground floor, while the library will be on the first floor. A basketball-volleyball court will be constructed, and the surrounding area as well as sections of the roof will be planted. More specifically, it concerns the preparation and drafting of all types of studies, main/supporting studies/research, etc., as well as the execution of any building and electromechanical works required to meet the needs of the building programme.
