The subject matter of the contract is the procurement of a Platform for Strengthening Local Entrepreneurship and promoting business–tourism activity and cultural heritage for the Municipality, through a Smart City / Municipality Guide with a register of local businesses. The Platform will address the strengthening of local entrepreneurship, tourism activity and the promotion of cultural heritage in a holistic manner, offering numerous Applications such as: 1) Smart City Applications that will enhance the functionality of the Platform and support the local economy, 2) Applications providing interactive multimedia services, such as electronic tours, systems for interaction with other visitors, etc. 3) Applications providing Offers and Promotional Activities to stimulate the local market 4) User and Location Modelling as well as Crowdsourcing Applications for promoting and evaluating public preferences 5) Applications promoting citizen participation, interaction with other visitors, and online communities for exchanging ideas, comparing experiences and entertainment 6) Applications for interactive participation and the free creation & updating of content and information (UGCs, crowdsensed information, living labs) 7) Web Analytics Systems using Artificial Intelligence (Artificial Intelligence - AI) technology, for targeted public information Procedure: open.
