Greece – Toner for laser printers/fax machines – NOTICE OF AN OPEN ELECTRONIC TENDER ABOVE THE THRESHOLDS ENTITLED: “Supply of consumable materials for Printers, Photocopiers, etc.”

Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the supply of consumable materials for printers, photocopiers, etc. to meet the needs of the services of the Region of Crete headquartered in Heraklion and the services of the Regional Unit of HERAKLION for two (2) years, with a budget of €189,516.13 excluding 24% VAT. In addition to the above amount, an option in the amount of €83,417.34 excluding 24% VAT is provided for. Total estimated value of the contract: €272,933.47 excluding 24% VAT (€338,437.50 including 24% VAT and the option). Participants in the tender have the right to submit a bid for one group or for all of Groups A and B (including subgroups B1, B2 and B3). The submitted bids shall cover the entire quantity per item in each group. The maximum number of groups that may be awarded to one tenderer is set at 2. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender, based on price per group.
