The Contracting Authority cannot provide quantitative data for the waste to be removed because, owing to the subject matter of the public procurement (illegally abandoned waste), the quantity of waste cannot be specified in advance. The Contracting Authority has set the total value of the framework contract at net HUF 385 million, with the Contracting Authority undertaking a 70% call-off obligation. In cases involving the removal of unlawfully abandoned end-of-life tyres, prior to removal the Customer requests an opinion from the concession company as to whether the waste with code 16 01 03 meets all three points above, i.e. whether it may be removed through a contracted Partner.
