The DPS is intended to provide an electronic, continuously open procurement route for recurring consultancy assignments within the lots described in these DPS terms. These DPS terms set out the general rules governing admission, the scope of the lots, the conduct of restricted tenders and the continuing obligations of Applicants and Admitted Suppliers. Lot 1 covers engineering consultancy for geothermal power plant preparation, design, environmental impact assessment (EIA), permitting, construction, commissioning, operational support, modifications, improvements, research and development projects, and related projects. The objective of Lot 2 is to provide the Buyer with professional, independent and traceable resource advisory services related to geothermal and groundwater resources, supporting informed decision-making throughout the development and operation of geothermal projects. The objective of Lot 3 is to provide specialized consultancy services related to the planning, design, tendering, execution, monitoring and supervision of geothermal drilling activities. Lot 3 covers technical consultancy services specific to drilling operations and geothermal well construction, including well design, preparation of drilling tender documents, drilling supervision, drilling-related measurements, testing and documentation, but does not include reservoir modelling, resource assessment or other field-level resource interpretation allocated to Lot 2. Lot 4 covers architectural design, urban planning support, 3D drawings, visualizations and digital models for geothermal power plants, ancillary buildings and related facilities.
