Landsvirkjun plans on replacing all the existing single sealing butterfly valves with double eccentric, double-sealing types of butterfly valves. This pre-market engagement is for Landsvirkjun to gain insights into the market before publishing the tender documents. The plan is to start the tender process with pre-qualification in where the time will be shortened to submit documentation for participation. Deadline for submitting answers to the questionnaire for the answers to be taken into consideration in the tender process is 28th September at 12:00 GMT. Landsvirkjun reserves the right to ask selected suppliers for a clarification meeting regarding the answers and will invite suppliers to participate in meetings in the period of 15th-30th September, so Landsvirkjun encourages suppliers to submit answers sooner than later.
