Notice is hereby given 1. that in contractor selection procedures launched by Ferrovie Emilia Romagna S.r.l., the company may, at its own discretion, use the Qualification Systems established by RFI RETE FERROVIARIA ITALIANA S.P.A, or include among the participation requirements for the tenders launched, qualification under an appropriate RFI Qualification System; 2. that the Qualification Systems used are of indefinite duration; 3. that the full texts of the notices relating to each Qualification System concerned are published in the “transparent company of FER” section and for publication through ANAC services.
