The purpose of the contract is to procure supplies together with related maintenance services. The supply to be purchase is a LED solar simulator needed to calibrate large-area photovoltaic solar modules at STC (Standard Test Conditions). The simulator must conform to the International Electrotechnical Commission standard. It must have a tuneable spectrum with a spectral range and a minimum effective measurement area of a rectangle. The simulator must be capable of operating in both pulsed mode and continuous mode. The simulator must provide active module temperature control under continuous operation. Procedure: open.
