Luxembourg – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Construction of a car park in Rumelange – General project management assignment (MOE)

Opportunity description

Contract notice relating to a general project management assignment comprising architectural, civil engineering with mobility expertise, and technical engineering services, with a view to concluding a negotiated contract as part of the project to construct a car park in Rumelange. In general, the following services form an integral part of the general project management assignment: • Architectural studies and overall project design; • Internal coordination of the project management consortium; • Civil engineering studies with mobility expertise, including in particular external works, vehicle and pedestrian access, the active mobility link, connections to utility networks, internal roadways, and the connection to the existing road network (N33); • Technical engineering studies comprising the installations necessary for the operation of the car park (including lighting, power supply, photovoltaic installation, lift, and technical equipment); • Preparation and monitoring of the files required for applications for authorisation from the competent authorities, in particular the Roads and Bridges Administration; • Study and integration of archaeology-related constraints, where applicable; • Study of external works, taking environmental constraints and light pollution into account. The following services (non-exhaustive list) are not part of this contract and may, if necessary, be carried out by the City of Rumelange or entrusted to third-party firms: • Safety and health coordination assignment (CSS); • Inspection body; • Approved body; • Commodo/incommodo assignment; • Topographic survey; • Geotechnical investigation campaign and soil pollution study; • Preparation of a condition survey; • Ecological assessment.
