As part of the new construction, the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg hospital intends to procure several ceiling-mounted tracks and ceiling lifts (with electric motor-driven height adjustment, including substructures) in accordance with the procurement procedure “Book II Open Procedure (Law, Art. 63 and 65)”. The invitation to tender includes the delivery and installation of: - 24 ceiling-mounted tracks with a track that can be moved transversely across the patient space, with infusion holder - 2 patient lift systems, examination/treatment room / transfer airlock as a 1-bed heavy-duty room - 53 patient lifts for 1-bed standard rooms (general care) - 2 patient lift systems extending over the WC, 1-bed heavy-duty room (general care) - 45 patient lift systems with ceiling-mounted infusion track, 1-bed standard room (intensive care) - 2 patient lift systems with ceiling-mounted infusion track, including infusion pole, 1-bed heavy-duty room (intensive care) - 1 patient lift system with ceiling-mounted infusion track, including infusion pole, 2-bed heavy-duty room (intensive care) - 2 patient lift systems extending over the CT / parking position (CT/emergency CT) - 20 mobile patient lifts The components are to be delivered and installed separately according to the following priority scheme: installation of substructures, installation of ceiling lifts, delivery of accessories immediately prior to commissioning (theft prevention). The adjustment of stops in the swivel range must be carried out with the users/representatives. 1 main appointment and 1 rectification appointment are covered by the tender price, with the partial services to be scheduled in stages according to the schedule and coordinated with the local site management/specialist site management. The statutory limitation period for warranty claims begins upon acceptance of the work. The date of acceptance (complete installation including rectification of defects) is the start of the warranty period. The following services must be offered and calculated in addition to the equipment-related services: - The contractor (AN) must assist with the collision check conducted by the coordinating architect (4Bund). The installation plans must be adjusted if necessary. - For organizational meetings—including meetings held by part or section—the contractor must provide a competent employee who is technically and operationally familiar with all parts of the system. - Further services in accordance with the additional preliminary technical remarks for medical technology Suitability criteria in accordance with the general and special terms and conditions of contract, point 1.10 / point 2.10 The following dates are decisive for the delivery and installation of the equipment: Possible start of installation: 04.10.2027 Latest completion of installations: 29.03.2029 (interior fit-out + technical systems according to Generalablaufplan_V5) Taking the start date into account, an installation schedule must be submitted and, if necessary, adapted to the architect’s (4Bund) specifications.
