As part of the new construction, the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg intends to procure some pathology equipment in accordance with the procurement procedure “Book II Open Procedure (Loi, Art. 63 and 65)". The invitation to tender includes the delivery and installation of - 1 mortuary cold-room system with individual compartments for 21 deceased persons (including 3 spaces for obese persons) - 1 mortuary cold-room system for 1 radioactive deceased person - 18 standard-size body trays - 3 obesity-size body trays - 1 standard-size body tray for radioactive deceased persons - 1 mobile washing and autopsy table with docking-station interface - 1 docking column for mobile autopsy table - 1 mobile autopsy table for corneal removal - 1 scissor trolley for coffin transport - 3 hydraulic body-tray lifting trolleys for standard-size and obese deceased persons - 1 mobile catafalque frame with cooling, including drape and tray - 1 chest freezer for body parts with temperature monitoring - 2 floor-standing candlesticks (electric candles) The delivery and installation of the components shall take place separately according to the following priority scheme: installation of substructures, installation of mortuary cold-room systems, delivery of accessories immediately before commissioning (theft prevention). 1 main appointment and 1 rectification appointment are covered by the tender price, whereby the partial services are to be scheduled in stages according to the schedule and coordinated with the local construction management/specialist construction management. The statutory limitation period for warranty claims begins upon acceptance of the service. The date of acceptance (complete installation including rectification of defects) is the start of the warranty period. The following services are to be offered and calculated in addition to the equipment-related services: - The contractor (AN) shall participate in the clash detection performed by the coordinating architect (4Bund). The installation plans shall be adjusted if necessary. - For organizational meetings—including by partial area and section—the contractor shall provide a qualified employee who is technically and operationally familiar with all parts of the system. - Additional services in accordance with the additional technical preliminary remarks for medical technology. Suitability criteria in accordance with the general and special contractual conditions, point 1.10 / point 2.10 The following dates are decisive for the delivery and installation of the equipment: Possible start of installation: 24.09.2027 Latest completion of installations: 29.03.2029 (interior finishing + technical systems according to Generalablaufplan_V5) Taking the start date into account, an installation schedule shall be submitted and, if necessary, adapted to the architect's specifications (4Bund).
