The contract comprises all building envelope works for 3 administrative buildings, ESM, ADM and LUX, located in Kirchberg, Luxembourg City. In particular: Waterproofing, insulation and roofing systems for roofs with greenery, gravel or slabs, ESM 2100m2, ADM 2250m2, LUX 1100m2. Systems for various glazed metal façades, ESM 7100m2, ADM 12200m2, LUX 3950m2. Glazed roofs, ESM 730m2, ADM 370m2. Lifelines, ESM roof and façade 1100 linear metres, LUX roof 140 linear metres.Various metalwork: gratings, ESM350m2, ADM 250m2, LUX 100m2. Aluminium sheet cladding; ADM 300m2, LUX 160m2. Various maintenance platforms for façades and glazed roofs. Installation of BIPV panels for the ESM. The duration of the works is 876 working days, beginning at the start of the 1st half of 2027.
