VIA is seeking a results-driven marketing media agency to help fulfill its vision of being a smarter way to move people and its passenger-first mission. The objective of this mandate is to establish a strategic partnership with a media agency capable of delivering innovative, data-driven, and integrated media solutions that will strengthen VIA’s brand affinity, deepen customer engagement, and contribute to passenger growth objectives. The selected Service Provider must possess demonstrated expertise in media strategy, planning, buying, optimization, performance measurement, and audience targeting across traditional and digital channels, while leveraging industry best practices, emerging technologies, and data-driven insights to maximize the effectiveness of VIA's media investments. Mandatory Requirement Details: 1) Supplier Eligibility: Tenderer must be a Canadian Supplier or Supplier of an Applicable Trading Partner. 2) Official Languages: As a Crown corporation, VIA provides services in both official languages in all regions of Canada. Tenderer must be able to provide and deliver all the services specified in Part B, Appendix A to VIA in both Canada’s official languages (oral and in written, including all communications, presentations, reports and other documents) to ensure the respect of the Official Languages Act of Canada. 3) Location: The Tenderer has a place of business in Canada. 4) Experience: The Tenderer must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the media agency industry.  Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
