Public tender for the procurement of endoprostheses according to the needs of the IMSP “Sfânta Treime” Clinical Hospital for 2026. The procedure contains one economic lot consisting of 6 items. Alternative tenders are permitted in accordance with the documentation requirements. Delivery shall be made DDP - Delivered Duty Paid, Incoterms 2020, within up to 30 days from the beneficiary's written order, throughout 2026. Evaluation shall be carried out per lot, at the lowest price, subject to compliance with all requirements. The lot comprises 6 items: 1.1 – Cemented femoral component Cemented femoral component -To be made of Co-Cr alloy, cemented -Left/right variants -To feature augmented anti-rotational femoral fixation by means of two pins and a special texture for good cement fixation -Posterior intercondylar opening to allow the implantation of centromedullary stems -Design allowing flexion of at least 130° -Posterior-stabilized variant -The posterior femoral condyles shall be thickened to increase stability and prevent subluxation -To feature congruence between the radius of the femoral condyles and the tibial insert -Pronounced prepatellar groove for good patella-femur contact and reduced stress on the patella -To reproduce the native anteroposterior distances with at least 18 profiles -At least 10 sizes for each limb separately -The articular surface shall be polished -The implantation surface shall be rough - Remaining sterilization validity period of no less than 3 years at the time of delivery Unit of measurement: piece; Quantity: 100,00. 1.2 – Tibial component Tibial component -To be made of titanium alloy -To conform to the anatomical shape of the tibia, with left/right variations -Implantation base using a stabilizing pin with 2 lateral fins intended to increase strength and rotational stability -The tibial component shall allow additional stabilization by attaching extension stems, depending on intraoperative needs -The tibial plateau profile shall be asymmetrical -To feature modularity; standard tibial sizes shall be compatible with at least 3 femoral sizes -Peripheral locking system for the polyethylene insert -Sizes: at least 10 in total for each limb separately -To feature a distal threaded plug for fixing the extension stem - Remaining sterilization validity period of no less than 3 years at the time of delivery Unit of measurement: piece; Quantity: 100,00. 1.3 – Tibial insert Tibial insert -To be made of UHMWPE polyethylene -To have an inclined anterior tibial edge to avoid impingement at the level of the patellar tendon during full flexion -To feature exceptional modularity; standard tibial sizes shall be compatible with at least 3 femoral sizes -Implantation method: detachable insert with a peripheral insert locking system, with mechanical stabilization elements at the level of the tibial component (wedge type) -Multiple sizes: mim 10 insert heights increasing in 1mm increments -Posterior-stabilized variant - Remaining sterilization validity period of no less than 3 years at the time of delivery Unit of measurement: piece; Quantity: 100,00. 1.4 – Instrument set provided free of charge for use The instrument set provided free of charge for use under the loan-for-use agreement shall meet the following requirements: 1. compatible with the delivered endoprostheses 2. it shall be provided for the period from the first delivery of the prostheses until the implantation of the last prosthesis held in the beneficiary's stock. 3. it shall be supplied in a special sterilization case indicating the instrument codes from the catalog and their drawings. 4. it shall be new (unused) or previously used and in excellent usable condition (it shall not have defects or excessive wear) In the event of a malfunction, the supplier shall be required to repair or replace the damaged equipment within 72 hours of the beneficiary's written request. 5. The same instruments shall be used for the implantation of cemented and uncemented femoral stems. . Unit of measurement: piece; Quantity: 1,00. 1.5 – Oscillating motor and reamer in custody Oscillating motor provided free of charge for use 1. compatible with the delivered endoprostheses 2. it shall be provided throughout the entire term of the contract until the implantation of the last prosthesis held in the beneficiary's stock. 3. it shall be new (unused) In the event of a malfunction, the supplier shall be required to repair or replace the damaged equipment within 72 hours of the beneficiary's written request.
