Netherlands – Advertising and marketing services – Framework Agreement for Goedopweg Digital Communication Services

Opportunity description

The current Framework Agreement with the supplier of Digital Content and digital services expires in 2026. Goedopweg requires a structural, multi-year collaboration with one digital partner that can contribute both creatively and technically to the implementation and further development of digital campaigns and digital solutions. This European procurement procedure is aimed at selecting one strategic digital partner to support Goedopweg in developing, executing and further developing digital campaigns, digital solutions and online channels, including the technical further development of the associated websites. Goedopweg intends to select one main tenderer that – possibly together with partners - will shape the digital tasks for the period from 2026 through 2028 and, if desired, can also contribute to the digital solutions. The following estimate has been made for the maximum contract term - including extensions - of 4 years: € 1.500.000,-- (excl. VAT). The Contracting Authority is entitled to purchase up to 150% of this estimated value under this Framework Agreement. The scope stated above is intended only as an indication. The Contractor cannot derive any rights from it in any way. All amounts stated are exclusive of VAT. The Contracting Authority has no purchase obligation and provides no turnover guarantee. In view of the judgment of the CJEU of 19 December 2018 (case C 216/17), the Contracting Authority is required to specify a total maximum quantity that may be purchased under the framework agreements. The total maximum quantity (over the entire term, including extension options) of the framework agreement amounts to € 2.250.000, -- (excl. VAT). Procedure: restricted.
