European open tender for the RAW Framework Agreement Green Maintenance Tielerwaard West for WSRL. The reason for this tendering procedure is the expiry of the current Agreement for mowing work in the Tielerwaard West area. The need for these services will also continue in the future. WSRL therefore intends to conclude a new Agreement through this tendering procedure. The expiring agreement was in the form of traditional RAW specifications. Waterschap Rivierenland evaluated this contract form internally and subsequently decided to tender new contracts for green maintenance in the form of RAW Framework Agreements. Waterschap Rivierenland wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with one Tenderer. During the term of the Framework Agreement, one partial contract will be issued annually for all work in the relevant year. The green maintenance to be carried out broadly consists of: preparatory work (including communicating with plot owners); mowing out waterways (period 1_spring); mowing out waterways (period 2_summer); mowing out waterways (period 3_autumn); mowing and clearing nature-friendly banks (NVOs) and maintenance paths; supplementary mowing of inspection dams; mowing out engineering structures and weirs; mowing dike plots; making personnel and equipment available. Agreement term: The RAW Framework Agreement runs from 16 February 2026 through 31 December 2030. The contract duration is therefore 5 years. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 3,000,000 EUR.
