European public tender RAW Framework Agreement for Green Maintenance Culemborgerwaard and Vijfheerenlanden. The reason for this tender procedure is the expiry of the current Agreement for mowing work in the Culemborgerwaard and Vijfheerenlanden area. The need for these services will also continue in the future. WSRL therefore intends to conclude a new Agreement by means of this tender procedure. Desired situation: The expiring agreement was in the form of traditional RAW specifications. Waterschap Rivierenland evaluated this contract form internally and subsequently decided to tender new contracts for green maintenance in the form of RAW Framework Agreements. Waterschap Rivierenland wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with one Tenderer. During the term of the Framework Agreement, partial assignments will be issued; no rights may be derived from this. The green maintenance to be carried out broadly consists of: preparatory work (including communicating with plot owners); mowing out waterways (period 1_spring); mowing out waterways (period 2_summer); mowing out waterways (period 3_autumn); mowing and clearing nature-friendly banks (NVOs) and maintenance paths; clearing vegetation around inspection dams; mowing out engineering structures and weirs; making personnel and equipment available. Term of Agreement: The RAW Framework Agreement has a term from 24 March 2026 through 31 December 2030. The contract duration is therefore approximately 4 years and 9 months. Procedure: open.
