This is the prior information notice for this procurement. The aim is to publish in mid-August–September 2026. No rights may be derived from this prior information notice. The Palace of Justice (PvJ) building in The Hague is being renovated. The building will remain in use during the work. Judicial proceedings and daily activities must continue during the renovation. The renovation will therefore be carried out in phases. While one part of the building is being renovated, other parts will remain available for hearings, meetings, office work and other necessary activities. The construction management and supervision are intended to ensure that the work proceeds properly, disruption to users of the building, local residents and other stakeholders in the surrounding area is minimized as much as possible, and the quality, budget, safety and schedule of the project are safeguarded.
