The Municipality of Voorst and SKBG invite experienced parties to apply for the European restricted tender procedure for the Total Engineering contract for the new construction of Martinus Primary School in Twello. One contracting party is sought to assemble and manage an integrated design team for the school, childcare facilities and outdoor space. The contract includes, among other things, architecture, structural engineering, building services, building physics, sustainability, cost consultancy and site integration. The focus is on a coherent, feasible, financially manageable and future-proof design, aligned with the educational vision and spatial context. In principle, the work runs from project definition through to pricing and contract formation. Parties with demonstrable experience in integrated design and engineering assignments for educational or comparable non-residential buildings are warmly invited to apply. Procedure: restricted.
