The Central Government Real Estate Agency intends to award a contract for preparing a design and specifications for the required renovation and restructuring of the central heart of the Palace of Justice in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. The basic agreement for this contract will be entered into for a period of 278 weeks. The total scope is approximately 3,000 m2 gross floor area, approximately half of which is located in building section A (and beneath office wings C and D and the square), and half in the parking basement. Required disciplines: consulting and design for architecture, interior architecture, building engineering, structural engineering, technical installations, ICT, data, security technology, building physics, acoustics, fire safety, design coordination, construction costs.
