The municipality of Edam-Volendam intends to start the selection of a design team in September 2026 for the new municipal hall located in the Oranjekwartier in Volendam. This prior information notice is intended to bring this project to the attention of interested parties. The procurement will consist of three lots, namely: • Lot 1: Architecture + interior + design integration • Lot 2: Structural engineering • Lot 3: Building services + building physics + fire safety + sustainability This concerns not only the design of the municipal hall, but also the functional development and façade design of the adjacent parking garage with a commercial ground floor.
