Due to the phasing out of the GPRS signal (no longer supported by KPN and Vodafone as of 1 January 2030), energy meters must be replaced on a large scale. Some of these meters are mounted on material suspected of containing asbestos, which must first be remediated. This will take place while the homes are occupied, with minimal disruption and continued access to the homes. This concerns approximately 30,000 addresses in the Enschede and Haaksbergen region. The Mini Containment method will be used for the remediation, in accordance with laws and regulations. We are looking for two asbestos survey firms and one asbestos removal contractor. Lot 1: € 4.000.000,- Lot 2: € 16.000.000,- Survey of asbestos felt behind the meter in the meter cabinet € 4.000.000,- Removal of asbestos felt behind the meter in the meter cabinet in the Enschede region. €16.000.000,00 Procedure: neg-w-call.
