The new construction will be realized for approximately 260 pupils, and the GFA amounts to approximately 2881m2 over two building levels, including a gymnasium and childcare. The structure has the following composition: Foundation: - Cast-in-ground (bored) piles with a concrete beam grid on top. Floors: - Ground floor; insulated hollow-core slab floor, - 1st-floor slab; hollow-core slab floor with integrated steel beams. Load-bearing structure: - Ground floor; concrete columns with integrated steel beams, - 1st floor; wooden columns with wooden edge beams and integrated steel beams. Roof of school and childcare: - EPDM roofing, - Insulation, - Roof deck; Lignatur element. Roof of gymnasium: - EPDM roofing, - Insulation, - Laminated wooden beam layer fitted with roof boarding.
