See para. 1.4.2 and para. 1.7 Selection Guidelines. • The Project, located at Duinkerkenstraat 45 in Groningen, concerns the complete renovation of the existing office building, including support areas. • This Project represents an important step toward sustainable, functional and future-proof accommodation. It concerns the comprehensive renewal of an existing facility in which architectural and building services engineering work are inextricably linked. The ambition goes beyond merely constructing a building; the Contracting Authority wants to work together with market parties to create an environment that will remain comfortable, energy-efficient and user-friendly for its users for many years. See para. 1.4.2 and para. 1.7 Selection Guidelines. • The programme broadly comprises the following components and principles: ○ Renovation of the office building and support areas, two storeys, total approx. 5,200 m2 GFA; ○ Major maintenance/sustainability improvements to the roofs and façades of the office section; ○ Reconfiguration of layouts, including the integration of Wijkpost Zuid and the full integration of a new workplace concept; ○ Sustainability improvements to electrical and mechanical installations in order to achieve a high level of thermal comfort and a healthy indoor climate; ○ Fire safety modifications at the office section.
