Opportunity description

The Municipality of Dronten intends, through this European open tender, to contract one Contractor for the electrical and mechanical installations who will join the construction team for the new construction of two child centers: the Dronten child center and the Swifterbant child center. The contract comprises a total of approximately 13,472 m² gross floor area of new construction – Dronten Child Center approximately 6,572 m² gross floor area (education and childcare approximately 5,458 m² and a sports hall with two hall sections approximately 1,114 m²) and Swifterbant Child Center approximately 6,900 m² gross floor area (education and childcare approximately 3,600 m² and gym/sports facility approximately 3,300 m²), including the associated schoolyards and outdoor areas.
