The services concern professional support in obtaining grants, from initiation and information gathering through to preparing and submitting the grant application and providing guidance up to and including the grant decision. Specific grant procedures will be put out to tender through mini-competitions during the term. The estimated value of the contract is € 600,000 excluding VAT for the full term of the framework agreements, including extension options and all lots. The maximum total value is € 1,200,000 excluding VAT. This concerns one joint financial ceiling for Summa and, following formal accession, Koning Willem I College (KW1C). Actual purchases depend on the grant procedures that arise during the term. No minimum purchase or turnover guarantee is provided. Professional support with organization-wide and facilities-related grant applications, including grants in the areas of real estate, sustainability, HRM, safety, and comparable organization-wide or facilities-related topics. The services run from initiation and information gathering through to preparing and submitting the application and providing guidance up to and including the grant decision. Specific grant procedures will be put out to tender through mini-competitions. The estimated value of the contract is € 600,000 excluding VAT for the full term of the framework agreements, including extension options and all three lots. The maximum total value is € 1,200,000 excluding VAT. Both the estimated value and the maximum total value apply to the three lots jointly. These values are not broken down or reserved per lot. The actual distribution among the lots depends on the nature and scale of the grant procedures that arise during the term.
