O&P Rijk, Corporate Care of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, intends to conclude a framework agreement with one service provider for guiding central government employees who have become (or are at risk of becoming) unemployed. Former central government employees are eligible for guidance if their (temporary) employment contract has been or will be terminated by operation of law. This applies to people whose employment contract has been terminated and who are entitled to unemployment benefits. If we decide that a candidate requires guidance, we register the candidate. The contract concerns guiding people who are unemployed (or at risk of becoming unemployed) towards sustainable, suitable employment. In performing the contract, we aim to achieve the following objectives: 1. the career guidance provides the shortest possible route to sustainable, suitable employment; 2.
