Opportunity description
The municipal organizations, namely the municipality of Alphen-Chaam, the municipality of Baarle-Nassau and Gilze en Rijen (ABG), the municipality of Etten-Leur, the municipality of Halderberge, the municipality of Moerdijk, the municipality of Woensdrecht, and the municipality of Zundert, hereinafter referred to as the “contracting authority” or “client”, intend to tender the contract for Environmental Incident Response. The expected indicative annual scope averages € 350,000 excluding VAT. Over a term of four (4) contract years, this amounts to a total of approximately € 1,400,000 excluding VAT and price indexation. The scope described above is based on historical figures from recent years and provides an indication of the expected scope. However, future demand within the municipalities is and remains unpredictable, because it concerns unexpected events that deviate from standard business activities and cannot be estimated in advance. The nature, scale and cause of incidents can therefore vary greatly, making the scope unpredictable. The actual scope may be lower or higher than the scope estimated above. Therefore, the maximum scope of the entire contract has been set at an estimated value, namely € 2,000,000 excluding VAT for the full term of the framework agreement. This excludes any price indexation. If the above-mentioned scope is reached within the contract term, the framework agreement will terminate by operation of law, unless legislation permits the framework agreement to be extended or bridged (temporarily). The scope limit of the agreement is separate from any term or contract duration The municipal organizations, namely the municipality of Alphen-Chaam, the municipality of Baarle-Nassau and Gilze en Rijen (ABG), the municipality of Etten-Leur, the municipality of Halderberge, the municipality of Moerdijk, the municipality of Woensdrecht, and the municipality of Zundert, hereinafter referred to as the “contracting authority” or “client”, intend to tender the contract for Environmental Incident Response.
