Opportunity description

The Municipality of Halderberge is currently accommodating refugees from Ukraine at the Maria ter Engelen (St. Anna) location in Oudenbosch. The number of refugees accommodated fluctuates, but the reception location has a maximum capacity of 192 reception places. This location must be kept clean. Cleaning is currently carried out by 8 Ukrainian female cleaners. They are employed by the current contractor. The municipality wishes to keep the communal areas in the reception location clean through the work of refugees residing at the reception location. This provides the cleaners concerned with a daytime activity and generates an income. A condition of this contract is therefore that a total of six of the employees must be taken on by the new cleaning company. The scope of the contract includes the following activities: • Regular and periodic cleaning maintenance • Providing cleaning products itself • Waste disposal; • Replenishing sanitary supplies • Additional work on request. These cleaning activities relate to the common areas of the location. These are: • Dining hall • General toilet areas • Reception • Meeting rooms • Corridor floors The municipality assumes that 488 hours per month are required for the cleaning activities.
