Opportunity description

Cleaning glass at various properties of the contracting authority. Both exterior glass and exterior glass are part of this contract. The scope of the contract, based on historical data, amounts to approximately € 52.000,- per year excluding VAT; these costs are expected to increase in the coming years due to indexation and an expansion of this contract compared with the current contract. Based on the above information, the annual contract value is set at € 55.000,- excluding VAT, which amounts to a total contract value of € 550.000,- excluding VAT. There is a certain degree of uncertainty regarding the scope of window cleaning in the coming years. The agreement to be concluded must be classified as a framework agreement within the meaning of the Public Procurement Act 2012. For that reason, it will be concluded for a maximum value of 130% of the estimated contract value, € 715.000,-, to prevent the estimated value from being exceeded before the term of the framework agreement has expired.
