This procurement procedure concerns the European open procurement procedure for Hot Beverage Ingredients for NHL Stenden Hospitality Group. This procurement replaces the previous procedure with TenderNed reference TN 576006, for Lot 2, which was terminated by the Contracting Authority without award. Following reconsideration of the suitability requirements, particularly the certification requirements, it was established that these may have been disproportionate for Lot 2 and unnecessarily restricted competition. In the present procedure, the following changes, among others, have been implemented: the suitability requirements regarding certifications have been revised, whereby ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 have ceased to be mandatory requirements, in order to ensure proportionality and improve alignment with the market. Scope: - Arabica espresso and lungo coffee beans; - Ground Arabica lungo coffee beans; - Ground decaf/decaffeinated coffee; - Tea bags for one cup; - Loose tea.
