Netherlands – Compressors – Breathing Air Installation VRK – Supply, integration and maintenance of compressors and air quality systems

Opportunity description

The contract comprises an integrated solution for the supply, installation and maintenance of a compressor installation for the central breathing air workshop of Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland. The contract consists of: • supply of a compressor with cooling system; • supply of an air quality meter and CO₂ filter system; • installation and integration into the existing breathing air system (including pipework, buffer cylinders and filling manifold); • testing, inspection and (re)certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (including PED and relevant standards); • servicing and maintenance of the supplied components and – where applicable – the integrated system; • assurance of an adequate management and fault-handling process (single point of contact). The components are functionally and operationally inseparably linked and are contracted as one integrated contract, whereby the contractor is responsible for reliable and safe system integration within the exist The contract concerns the replacement of a number of core components within one central compressor installation of the breathing air workshop of Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland. This includes: • 1 compressor installation including cooling system; • 1 air quality meter; • 1 CO₂ filter system; • associated installation, integration and commissioning within the existing installation; • servicing and maintenance for the duration of the agreement.
